• The repair program is for COX products that are no longer covered under the one-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
• Repair charges are $30 per hour per tool for labor with a minimum of one hour. Parts and return freight are additional.
• An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required to return ANY merchandise to COX North America, Inc.
• The RMA number must be obtained by contacting our service department at service@cox-applicators.com or 800-822-8114 x209.
• Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RMA number.
• COX North America, Inc. will submit a quotation prior to initiating a repair.
• Customers will have the option of accepting or denying the quote prior to any work being done on the tool(s).
• There is no charge for the initial evaluation of the product(s).
• Repair work is offered to anyone using a COX product. If the repair is done for a customer that is not a current account, it is payable via MasterCard, Visa or American Express, or pre-paid prior to work being done on the product(s). A 10% handling fee will be applied when a distributor account is not in place.
